How did you get into health and fitness?
I got into personal fitness about 10 years ago. I was an overweight child, and it started to escalate, so I began training at a young age and just went through the process.
What areas do you specialise in?
Why do you love your job?
A few reasons really, but it’s mainly about helping people. I like seeing people achieve things which they may or may not think they’re capable of. Overall, I’d say changing lives and seeing that progression within people is what I love.

Don’t underestimate yourself, dream big
What’s your biggest tip for anyone new to working out?

What’s your favourite exercise?
I’d say legs. Legs is always good
What are your 3 essential gym songs?
Me and music don’t mix, just ask the guys around here – they’ll tell you!
What annoys you in the gym?
Sweat. Sweat in general, especially on equipment. Just wipe it down!
What’s usually in your fridge?
Pura meals. There’s usually not much else in there!
What’s your best nutrition tip?
I’d say the same as my training tip. It’s all about creating consistency. With food you should make a structure and make it your priority.
