I’ve always been into exercising and working out, particularly martial arts and weight training for over 20 years. However, I only started professionally when I did my first fitness competition a few years ago.

What areas do you specialise in?
I specialise in fat loss, strength training, working around injuries and muscle building

Why do you love your job?
I love everything about my job, I’d definitely say it’s my passion! I like helping people achieve their goals and I’d say that’s the most rewarding aspect.

What’s your top overall health tip?
Build as much lean muscle as possible when you can and be consistent. The more muscles you build the better your food will be utilised by the body. Also train smart – leave your ego outside the gym.

What’s your motto?
You are in charge of your body – look after it now so it won’t let you down when you’re older!


What’s your biggest tip for anyone new to working out?
Be consistent and don’t compare yourself to others. Everyone is different and responds to exercise differently so establish your own goals and work towards them.

Correct technique! Nothing beats proper execution!

What’s your favourite exercise?

It’ll have to be combination of squats- front, back and split.

What are your 3 essential gym songs?
Music? I have no real preference- I focus on tempo and range of motion

What annoys you in the gym?
I find it a little annoying when weights are not returned to their correct place

What’s usually in your fridge?

My fridge is usually packed with Pura meals and also always eggs, veggies, frozen blueberries, water, cream cheese (guilty pleasure)?

What’s your best nutrition tip?

Stay away from junk food, and cheat meals – until you achieve your goal and then you can find the right balance.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Cakes and cookies- I’m the Cookie Monster (but please keep it secret!)
