I’m a horseback rider!

How did you get into health and fitness?
My mother was a professional handball player and my father was a handball coach, so health and fitness has always been in my blood!

What areas do you specialise in?
I specialise in muscle building as well as body fat reduction.

Why do you love your job?
I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to make other people happier, healthier and more confident!

What’s your top overall health tip?
Organise time for yourself. That’s the most important thing in life.

What’s your motto?
Just smile and keep going!


Fitness
What’s your biggest tip for anyone new to working out?
I would suggest getting a personal trainer to teach and guide you. It’s a long journey, not a short trip so it’s important to start off on the right path, with the right help to ensure longevity.

When you’re working out, focus on the exercises at hand, as well as your breathing. Forget about anything else.

What’s your favourite exercise?
Deadlifts

What annoys you in the gym?
I’m a very peaceful person, so nothing annoys me!


Nutrition
What’s usually in your fridge?
Besides Pura? Usually water, eggs and bananas.

Stay organised and plan your meals ahead.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
I feel that there should be no guilt in anything which brings you pleasure. It’s all about your own personal goals and decisions.

How did you find out about Pura?
Through a colleague of mine.

I found Pura to be very organised, precise and adjustable. In terms of organisation, this is perfect especially when you’re very busy, in the gym for example, and you can feel comfortable knowing all your food and nutrition needs are taken care of.

What kind of results have you seen since joining Pura?
Firstly, I feel less stressed! As I’m quite busy during the day with my personal training sessions, knowing that all my food was taken care of by Pura took some stress out of my day and allowing me to focus more on my clients. Secondly, with Pura I have also lost a bit of body fat.
